TRUNK OR TREAT

Join us for our annual Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 23 at 6:00 PM (rain date: Saturday, October 24 at 6:00 PM).

Tickets: $6 in advance, $10 at the door. Children need tickets; adults do not.
Please note: this is not a drop-off event.
Food: Buddy's Burgers Food Truck will be on site.
Volunteers: We need many hands to make the evening a success. Please use the link below to volunteer or to decorate a trunk.

We have made it through the first 4 weeks of school and hopefully everyone has had a chance to catch their breath! We have so many events coming up and our yearbook committee is looking for some help to capture all of these moments!

We hope you all had a safe, relaxing, and fun-filled summer break! As we gear up for an exciting new school year, the PTO wants to extend a warm welcome back to our returning families, teachers, and staff, and a special hello to all of our new families joining us this year.

Reflecting on last year, we are so proud of what our community accomplished together. Thanks to your support, donations, and volunteer hours, we were able to enrich our students' school experience in so many ways:

Funded Learning & Field Trips: Covered field trip transportation costs for all 596 students, brought in hands-on experiences like the Ag Lab and school assemblies, and provided grade-specific extras like 4th Grade Colonial Day and the 1st Grade Polar Express.
Supported Our Teachers & Classrooms: Provided Classroom Improvement Funds, supplied planners and take-home folders, supplied art and physical education gear, and hosted delicious teacher appreciation meals throughout the year
Built Community & Fun: Hosted school-wide picnics, organized homeroom class parties, provided school T-shirts, supported Field Day, Special Olympics, and Positive Behavioral/Autistic Support initiatives, and gave our 5th Graders memorable end-of-year celebrations. And we captured all of the memories in the 2025-2026 Yearbook.
Enhanced Our School: Assisted with campus beautification projects and grew delicious veggies and beautiful flowers in the school garden.

The 2nd annual EXE PTO Fun Run is Thursday, October 8, 2026 and we need your help to achieve our goal! Without your donations, we are at the risk of cutting some amazing things we have planned for the staff, students and school. No donation is too small.
